Effective May 11, 2018, new rules under the Bank Secrecy Act will aid the government in the fight against crimes such as terrorism, money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, and other national security threats.

EACH time an account is opened for a covered Legal Entity, we are required to ask you for identifying information (name, address, date of birth, social security number (as well as identification documents) for each individual that has beneficial ownership (25% or more) and one individual that has significant managerial control of the Legal Entity.

If you are opening an account on behalf of a Legal Entity, you will be required to provide the appropriate documentation and to certify that this information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • Business Exxpress Loans

    A variety of exceptional loans, expressly for the business owner: Business Exxpress Overdraft Protection, Business Exxpress Line of Credit, and Business Exxpress Term Loans.

    Benefits: Available exclusively to sole proprietors, partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies in Northeastern California. If you have owned a profitable business for at least three years, you may be eligible. It's easy to apply, under certain conditions financial statements may not be required for loans up to $50,000. Certain restrictions apply.

  • Business Line Plus-Line of Credit

    For business customers who need a revolving line of credit for seasonal or other business expenses.

    Benefits: Cash whenever you need it; low 1/2 point fee; 3-year term; lines from $10,000 - $250,000; secured or unsecured; no need to reapply every year; only pay interest on money you use
